This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the front line commercial and customer service team, working within the Customer Experience Team.
This role is key to maintaining the high levels of customer care delivered and the continued growth of sales revenues. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader you will be sharing a commercial plan, revenue targets and margin with the External Sales Team.

Position Roles and Responsibilities
A varied role, with many aspects which include:
- Inbound call handling and telesales calls
- Outbound telesales calls
- Understanding and working with technical products
- General sales administration duties to support the sales process and a team of external sales representatives
- The compilation of proposals and proactive sales activities to convert to orders
- Working with the external sales representatives to manage an opportunity pipeline in the CRM system
- Liaison between the sales team and other departments including Product Support, Production, Operations, Stores, Technical support and finance
- General office administration and other duties as required
- Customer database management
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader you jointly with your internal and external colleagues will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and maximising sales revenues

- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience with CRM systems advantageous
- Excellent Communication skills – both written and verbal

- Perform additional functions as requested by Management
