Are you still able to use Red Diesel?
With a change to the Red Diesel Rebate Entitlement in April 2022, many industries can no longer legally use Red Diesel. It’s also be illegal for R.D.C.Os to supply Red Diesel to industries that aren’t legally able to use it.
