A brand new role within IPU, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of the front line commercial and customer service team, working within the Internal Sales Division. This is almost a complete outbound sales role and is key in supporting the activities of marketing, external sales and the rest of the internal sales team.
Reporting to the Management Accountant, the accounts assistant role is to provide support to the Finance department covering aspects of Account Payable, whilst ensuring timely and accurate financial data for the company. This is a new role in our expanding accounts team.
This is a brand new role at IPU! You will responsible for the accurate and timely input of sales orders onto the company system and the handling of our export documentation and procedures. You’ll be reporting to the Internal Sales and Marketing Manager, and you’ll be sat within the busy and dynamic internal sales team.
