IPU Group raises quality standards

IPU Group’s UK site in West Bromwich is accredited to the international quality standard EN ISO 9001 demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement of operational procedure and quality service.

For customers, the accreditation gives an assurance that IPU Group meets an international standard. This ensures high levels of professionalism and quality at every level and if, in the unlikely event of something going wrong, the company has robust procedures in place to investigate and prevent any reoccurrence. The overall aim is to create new levels of customer satisfaction and fulfil our promise of making life easier for customers.

The standard is maintained on a continuous basis with customer monitoring through reports and questionnaires, internal audits and external audits by the accreditation authority.

IPU Group raises environmental standards

IPU Group’s UK site in West Bromwich will pro-actively manage its impact on both the local and global environment by providing a framework for setting and reviewing environmental targets and objectives.

We will comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations, and actively look to protect resources via supply management, technological development, waste reduction and recycling. We will reduce or prevent pollution wherever possible.

The Company will aim to reduce its impact on the environment and continually improve its environmental performance.

“IPU Group is registered under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Producer scheme. The IPU Producer registration number is WEE/AH2021VY. This registration has been issued by Advantage Waste Brokers Ltd in conjunction with the Environment Agency ”.
