IPU Group raises the standard
 
IPU Group is accredited to the international quality standard EN ISO 9001: 2000 demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous improvement of operational procedure and quality service. To achieve the highly respected UKAS 'Tick and Crown' IPU Group reviewed and defined all procedures and processes necessary to deliver a recognised standard of service.
For customers, the accreditation gives an assurance that IPU Group meets an international standard. This ensures high levels of professionalism and quality at every level and if, in the unlikely event of something going wrong, the company has robust procedures in place to investigate and prevent any reoccurrence. The overall aim is to create new levels of customer satisfaction and fulfil our promise of making life easier for customers.

The standard is maintained on a continuous basis with customer monitoring through reports and questionnaires, internal audits and external audits by the accreditation authority.
