Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Customer Experience Team, in this role you will be responsible for various general administration duties, supporting the team and handling required Logistics duties. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is key to maintaining the high levels of customer care delivered and the continued growth of sales revenues.
Position Roles and Responsibilities
A varied role, with many aspects which include:
- General sales administration duties to support the sales process and a team of external sales representatives
- To carry out sales order and quotation entry processes
- To ensure accurate and timely execution of sales order entry processes
- Housekeeping/ Sales order management processes conducted weekly
- To provide Inbound call handling with the Customer Experience Team
- Process Return orders on our in-house system
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email
- Working with the external sales representatives to manage an opportunity pipeline in the CRM system
- To highlight sales order/ supplier delivery and stock availability conflicts where appropriate
- Customer database management
- Liaison between the Customer Experience Team and other departments including Purchasing, Production, Operations, Stores, Technical support and Finance
- Handle and monitor all import and export consignments, completing all relevant documentation required
- Coordinate with carriers and overseas counterparts for any document arrangements, for imports and exports
- Produce certification needed for export consignments
- General office administration and other duties as required

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader you jointly with your internal and external colleagues will be responsible for:
