IPU carry a range of mains supervision controllers designed to be used within a wide range of applications.

What mains supervision controllers does IPU stock?

The range of mains supervision controllers are:

  • InteliMains 210 – The newest member of the family and the next generation in mains supervision controls.
  • InteliMainsNT – The InteliMainsNT is designed for multiple (up to 31) gensets operating in parallel to mains. The controller connects the group of gensets to the mains. It can also serve as a bus-tie synchronizing controller between two groups of gensets. The InteliMainsNT is suitable for the following applications:
    • with MCB (Mains Circuit Breaker).
    • MCB and MGCB (Master Generator Circuit Breaker).
    • or also with BTB (Bus-tie Breaker).
  • InteliMainsNT BaseBox – Much like the InteliMainsNT, it’s designed for multiple (up to 31) gensets operating in parallel to mains. The controller connects the group of gensets to the mains as well as serving as a bus-tie synchronizing controller between two groups of gensets. It is suitable for the following:
    • with MCB (Mains Circuit Breaker).
    • MCB and MGCB (Master Generator Circuit Breaker).
    • BTB (Bus-tie Breaker).
    • and also with LCB (Local Circuit Breaker).
  • InteliMainsNTC BaseBox – The InteliMainsNTC BaseBox is a base unit with extended communications for use with up to 31 gen-sets operating in parallel to mains (or isolated parallel). Communications include:
    • 1× RS232 / 1× RS485 interface with Modbus protocol support.
    • SMS messages.
    • Ethernet connection (RJ45).
    • USB 2.0 slave interface.
  • MainsCompactNT – The MainsCompactNT controller is a mains supervision unit. It is designed to manage up to 31 InteliCompactNT MINT controllers operating in parallel to mains operation as well as multiple Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) mode.
