ComAp InteliLite range

The ComAp InteliLite family of controllers are specifically designed for standby and prime power applications, where synchronisation is not required. The full range provide end users with excellent flexibility and choices, with special emphasis on communication and user experience.

What’s the difference between the new generation of InteliLite and the InteliLiteNT?

The ComAp InteliLite series has many features as an improvement to the IL-NT.

  • In-built PLC – Increased flexibility by allowing users to create their own tailored functions.
  • USB on board – There is no longer need to have a plug-in module to connect to the controller.
  • 4G/GPS plug-in module – Higher speed in communication and more accurate positioning, with geofencing and geotracking.
  • Rental timer – After a pre-set calendar date or running hours and a grace period, the genset won’t be allowed to start.
  • More powerful BOUTs – 2 binary outputs can deliver 10 A for a short time and 5 A continuously.
  • Universal plug-in modules and slots – No difference in the plug-in terminals which allows using the slots more efficiently.
  • Larger history log – It holds 350 records.
  • More powerful platform – Better processor as well as more memory.

Helping Your Business – Rental Market

The new generation of InteliLite controller has many features that make it ideal for the rental market.

ComAp InteliLite controllers* feature Geotracking which allows rental companies to track where their gensets are at all time. Should the genset move out of the agreed area, the Geofencing capability* is able to automatically shut down the genset, which is only then restarted after contact with the rental company.

The next generation of controllers also give the opportunities for rental companies to increase the revenue earned on their gensets. Whilst some competitors only allow gensets to be rented by the day, the controller supports for hourly charging. This highly flexible feature gives complete control.

If the rental company has reason to believe that the genset is being abused by the customer, they are then able to remotely shutdown the unit. Web Supervisor software* from ComAp as well as SMS directly to the controller enables the shutdown.

The controller also features a detailed history log, able to hold up to 350 entries. This is ideal for the rental company to review once the genset comes back to them, allowing for the opportunity to charge for damage or misuse of the genset.

*only available on AMF 25 and MRS 16.

Introducing the new InteliLite 9

The InteliLite 9 is the latest addition to the InteliLite family of products.

Designed to be an entry level single genset controller, the InteliLite 9 has many features you wouldn’t expect to see for the price tag. These include:

  • USB port on board; no need for an additional plug-in module.
  • Real time clock that gives the specific date and time of any event registered in the history log, as well as having the ability to pre-program start-ups of the genset.
  • Magnetic pick up on board; the IL9 will always know the real RMP of the engine and protect the engine from speed related damages.
  • Flexible choke; The IL9 can dynamically control the choke output based on engine temperature or generator voltage.
  • AMF/MRS switchable; the IL9 can satisfy both applications with just one controller.
