The winning of this award aligns perfectly with 2 of our key company values: ‘Brilliant People‘ and ‘Relentless Pursuit of Excellence‘.
Mark Reynolds, our People and Quality Lead said of winning: “Just being shortlisted is an incredible achievement for us, as it is our first time entering these awards. Winning really demonstrates the hard work we put in to the well-being and happiness of our staff”.
IPU engage in numerous people and development initiatives. This includes an annual Talent Management Program, launched in 2015 by Louise Hazel which aims to discover and nurture high potential individuals.
