Biggest single order in IPU Engine Starting history

March has been a non-stop month for IPU after we secured our largest single engine starting order in our 59 year history.

IPU’s Engine Starting Division was awarded a bumper order for 14 hydraulic starting systems totaling £500,000.

The order comprised of 14 6 x 50 litre hydraulic starting systems with solenoid and foot start valves for ExxonMobil in Malaysia.

The project was completed in less than 3 months, despite the completion of 3 other Engine Starting projects taking place in the busy workshop.
