The on-site analyser (OSA) is an oil sample ‘laboratory in a box’, which integrates key measurement technologies, atomic emission and infrared analysis to provide a single analytical solution comparable to the traditional oil-testing laboratories. With the push of a button, a complete analysis is performed – conducting over 16 different tests on the oil sample within minutes. All data is permanently stored for instant recall or export and can be printed on a local or network printer. The OSA:

• Determines the condition of oil (engine & hydraulic) and transmission fluids in minutes.
• Measures the level of metal fragments and other contaminants such as water, fuel or glycol cost effectively.
• Monitors the condition of rings, pistons, bearings and other vital internal components.

The OSA is the most comprehensive, stand alone oil analysis instrument available anywhere in the world.
