The Groundcare division of IPU Group are delighted to announce that we have been awarded ‘Distributor of the Year 2009’, by Ferris industries. This is as a result of the excellent work for, and by, our UK dealer network.

Clive Carter - Groundcare Divisional Manager was on hand to collect the award from Vince Shiely, President of Ferris industries, during a recent trip to Briggs and Stratton’s newly built centre of excellence in the Netherlands.

Clive had the following to say regarding IPU’s Win:

“This is a fantastic accolade considering it comes in the first term of our newly formed team. It only strengthens my belief that we have amassed a winning combination.

More pleasing is the fact that the scoring system for this award is based on core values, parts back-up, warranty, service etc. In essence, our systems works!

This year, we celebrate not only the company’s 50th anniversary, but also a 20 year association since Robert Beebee first got together with Dave Ferris. The rest, as they say, is History!”
